Wendigo Ranger - DnD character design

A Creature of instinct, this captain seeks to show to the world that his race is not to be exterminated but that their powers are of use to the people who fight against the dragons. Using its deadly instincts, powerful body and keen mind he helps his group forge a path trough the unforgiving wilderness of the mountains and the forests that his wendigo kind calls home, he is however constantly haunted by the curse of his people, to consume any source of life, mainly for blood and flesh of those around them, tho this calling is even more powerful for that of the ones who twisted his kind, the dragons.
He is allowed to be a captain, but only as long as he can hold back his hunger, though if he can succeed, is yet to be seen.
